For our founder and lead planner, Taylor Fail, this move is deeply personal. A Tennessee native, Taylor’s journey through the world of weddings began years ago when she planned her own celebration. What started as a love for design and logistics quickly evolved into a passion for creating experiences that feel as heartfelt as they are flawless. After years of building a name in New Mexico’s luxury wedding market, expanding to Nashville felt like a natural next step. It allows her to be closer to family while bringing her signature approach to an entirely new creative landscape.
The rebrand to Verdeaux & Co. marks a shift in design direction, embracing Taylor’s French heritage and a love for organic beauty. Our aesthetic draws from nature, including lush florals, soft textures, and garden-inspired romance that feels timeless yet fresh. It’s an evolution of everything we’ve always believed in: elegance without pretense, intentionality in every detail, and celebrations that feel alive with personality.
